Tato diplomová práce se zabývá různými vlivy přípravy černého a zeleného čaje na obsah fenolických látek, které se stanovují metodou vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie. V teoretické části je bližší seznámení s čajem a jeho výrobou. Podrobně jsou popsány složky čaje a jejich prospěšný účinek na lidské zdraví. This diploma thesis deals with different influence of black and green tea preparation on phenolic substances content. To set their content high-performance liquid chromatography was used. In the theoretical part there is more detailed description of tea and its processing and manufacturing.
