Abstract:

Diplomová práce se nazývá Historie dvou rodinných hotelů z pohledu jejich současné úspěšnosti (minimálně 20 let provozu). Téma jsem si vybrala protože vzdálený rodinný příbuzný podniká v rodinném hotelu a také proto, že je rodinných hotelů v České republice málo. Cílem práce je porovnání dvou rodinných hotelů, kde jeden se nachází v centru Brna a druhý v historické obci Velehrad. V práci jsou požity některé typy marketingového šetření jakou jsou osobní rozhovor s majiteli hotelu, Mystery shopping, SWOT analýza, benchmarkong a dotazník zodpovězený hosty obou hotelů. Z práce je patrný problém, který vzniká na počátku podnikání. Jde o to, že banky nevěří malým podnikatelům. Dále je v práci patrné, že se rodinné hotely snaží držet krok s hotelovými řetězci v poskytování hotelových služeb a záměr být lepší než konkurence.

Abstract:

The thesis is called the history of two family hotels in terms of their current success (at least 20 years of operation). The topic I chose because distant family relative in the family hotel business and also because it is a family hotel in the Czech Republic a few. The aim is to compare two family hotels where one is located in the city center and the other in the historic village of Velehrad. The work ingested some type of marketing surveys such as personal interview with the owners of the hotel, Mystery shopping, SWOT analysis, benchmarkong and the answered questionnaire guests of both hotels. The work is evident problem that arises at the beginning of the business. The point is that banks do not trust small businesses. The study also shows that the family hotels trying to keep up with hotel chains in the provision of hotel services and plan to be better than the competition.
