Diplomová práce se zabývá kvalitativním šetřením v oblasti harmonizace pracovního a rodinného života žen po skončení rodičovské dovolené. Cílem a podstatou práce bylo zjistit, jak české ženy zvládají sladit své role po skončení rodičovské dovolené a navrhnout případná zlepšení, která by tento přechod zefektivnila a pomohla tak k lepší harmonizaci práce a rodiny.
