Abstract:
Práce se zabývá územním řízením jako zvláštním typem správního řízení a dalšími způsoby rozhodování v území. V práci jsou též uvedeny sankce za porušení povinností. Územní řízení patří mezi nástroje územního plánování a je upraveno zákonem č. 183/2006 Sb., o územním plánování a stavebním řádu, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, který je účinný od roku 2007, a jeho prováděcími předpisy. The thesis is focused on land proceeding as a special type of administrative proceeding and on alternative methods of land decision-making. The thesis also deals with break the law and sanctions for it. Land proceeding, which is called as Planning permission proceedings too, belongs between the town and country planning instruments.
