Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zaměstnávání a vzdělávání odsouzených z pohledu na snížení recidivy. V diplomové práci je použito hledisko zaměstnanců Generálního ředitelství Vězeňské služby České republiky, věznice Pankrác, věznice Ruzyně, firem a podniků a samotných propuštěných odsouzených.
