Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce je nejen analýza bankovních úvěrů a forem jejich zajištění, ale také seznámení s hypotečními úvěry a ucelený přehled dvou bank z pětice nejsilnějších na českém trhu. V teoretické části se zabývá definicí pojmu a přiblížení úvěrové problematiky. The aim of this paper is to analyze not only the forms of bank loans and their collateral, but also the introduction to mortgage loans and comprehensive overview of two of the five strongest banks in the Czech market.
