This graduation theses deals with the management costs of the chosen company. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical definitions of basic concepts such as cost and its breakdown and at the end of the chapter, we describe methods of management. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá riadením nákladov vo vybranom podniku. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické vymedzenie základných pojmov ako náklady a ich členenie a na konci kapitoly sme si popísali metódy ich riadenia.
