EU - Russia Relations in the Context of Negotiating a New Agreement on Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between the EU and Russia Relations

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá vzájemnými vztahy EU a Ruska v kontextu vyjednávání nové dohody o partnerství a spolupráci. První část práce popisuje podobu současné Dohody o partnerství a spolupráci a institucionální rámec. Druhá část pojednává o konceptu společného hospodářského prostoru. Třetí kapitola je věnována energetické oblasti vzájemných vztahů. Poslední část hodnotí a rozebírá aktuální stav vyjednávání nové smlouvy. Závěr práce obsahuje odlišné pohledy obou stran na podobu smlouvy a mé závěrečné postřehy.

Abstract:

This work deals with the mutual relations between the EU and Russia in the context of negotiating a new agreement on partnership and cooperation. The first section describes the current form of the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement and institutional framework. The second part deals with the concept of a Common Economic Space. The third chapter is devoted to the field of energy relations. The last section evaluates and discusses the current state of negotiations for a new contract. The final part of work contains different views of both parties to forms of contract, and my concluding observations.
