Current Diagnosis and Therapy of Multiple Sclerosis
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se především věnuje diagnostice a terapii roztroušené sklerózy. V první části práce je popsána imunopatogeneze a rizikové faktory, které mohou ovlivnit vznik roztroušené sklerózy. Dále se práce zaměřuje na klinické projevy nemoci. V poslední části se práce soustředí na současnou diagnostiku a terapii.
Abstract:
This thesis is concerned with the topic of multiple sclerosis, its diagnostics, and treatment. The immunopathology of multiple sclerosis as well as risk factors which may contribute to the onset of this disease is described in the first part of the thesis.
