Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje směnkám, směnečným operacím a jejich analýze, podložené soudní judikaturou. Zabývá se vývojem právní úpravy od vzniku směnky až po současnost včetně komparace s právní úpravou EU. Alespoň z části je v práci popsán také ekonomický význam směnky, doplněný o průzkum podnikatelského prostředí.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with bills of exchange, relating transactions and they analysist based on practice of the courts. It describes the development of legal regulations of bill of exchange from the past till nowdays and compares the bill of exchange legal regulations of European Union and of the Czech Republic.
