Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je porovnání právní úpravy interrupcí v České a Polské republice. Nalezneme v ní základní vymezení pojmů souvisejících s interrupcí. Bude v ni proveden rozbor postojů dvou protichůdných hnutí Pro-Life a Pro-Choice. Abstract:
The main aim of this thesis is to compare the legal regulation of abortion in the Czech Republic and the Republic of Poland. We will find the basic definition of terms related to abortion. It will analyse the po-sitions of the two opposing Pro-Life and Pro-Choice movements.
