Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce jsou fondy kvalifikovaných investorů (FKI) a jejich využití v podniku. První kapitola je věnována obecné problematice investičních fondů. V této kapitole je popsán vývoj investičních fondů. Kapitola také zmiňuje právní rámec pro oblast investičních fondů. Druhá kapitola je detailně věnována fondům kvalifikovaných investorů a jejich principům fungování. Kapitola specifikuje základní fond, kvalifikovaného investora, právní formy FKI, správu fondu a typy FKI. Kapitola také obsahuje informace o investičních společnostech. Třetí kapitola je praktická a je v ní popsána aplikace modelu FKI na konkrétní společnost. V této části jsou popsány podmínky, kdy je pro investory výhodné aplikovat model FKI. V závěrečné části jsou také uvedeny výhody a nevýhody využití FKI v porovnání se standardní společností.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis are qualified investor funds (QIF) and their application in the enterprise. The first chapter is devoted to general issues of investment funds – it describes the development of the investment funds. The chapter also mentions the legal framework for investment funds. The second part deals in detail with the qualified investors funds and their principles of operation. The chapter specifies a basic fund, a qualified investor, legal forms of QIF, fund administration and types of QIF. It also contains information about investment companies. The third chapter is practical, and the application of QIF model to a specific company is described there. This section introduces the conditions under which it is advantageous for investors to apply the model QIF. The final section also lists the advantages and disadvantages of using FKI compared to a standard enterprise.
