Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem primárního úpisu akcií na burze cenných papírů. Popisuje základní fáze IPO, vyjmenovává výhody a nevýhody tohoto zdroje financování. Nastiňuje jiné alternativy, kterými firmy mohou finacovat své podnikatelské aktivity. Dále práce uvádí hlavní podmínky, které musí splnit každý uchazeč, který hodlá úspěšně vstoupit na burzu. Thesis describes initial public offering on the stock markets. There are mentioned basic phases of this process. In this thesis is named pros & cons of this source of financing. Recommends also other ways how to gain capital for own company business acitivities. Thesis is interested about main conditions for successfull "going public".
