Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem mezinárodní dopravní logistiky, zkoumá její efektivitu a perspektivy vývoje v regionu Eurasijské hospodářské unie. Práce dále uvádí hlavní rizika, která ovlivňují logistické společnosti na různých úrovních. Tato prace je zaměřena na zlepšení systému řízení rizik pro optimalizaci logistického systému. V práci jsou zdůrazněné problémy současného logistického řízení v Unii, které jsou identifikovány na příkladu Traffic AG asociovaného s AsstrA pomocí analýzy SWOT a PEST. Také byly předložené řešení logistických problémů.

Abstract:

This thesis covers the topic of the international transport logistics, investigates its effectiveness problems and perspectives of the development in the region of The Eurasian Economic Union. Moreover, the work indicates the main risks affecting logistics companies on different levels, and provide possible solutions, emphasizing the importance of the improvement of the risk management system for the optimization of the logistic system. In the work the problems of the current logistic management of the Union are identified in the example of AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG, using SWOT and PEST analysis as an analytical tool, and consequent prospects of development are offered.
