Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na dvě nové sankce v souvislosti s novým trestním zákoníkem - trestu domácího vězení a trestu zákazu vstupu na sportovní,kulturní a jiné společenské akce. Autorka se zaměřuje nejprve na obecné funkce a účel trestu s důrazem na alternativní možnosti spojené s ukládáním trestů v pojetí restorativní justice. This diploma thesis is focused on two punishments associated with the new Crimial Code from 1st January 2009 - house arrest and prohibition on entering sports,cultural and other social events.
