Možnosti získávání externích zdrojů financování se zaměřením na IPO

External sources of capital with the intension of IPO
Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza a porovnání externích způsobů financování z pohledu nákladovosti. Úvodní část shrnuje způsoby a dělení financování podniku a vymezuje externí financování. Další část se zaměřuje blíže na proces a nákladovost získávání bankovních úvěrů, emisi dluhopisů a IPO z pohledu emitenta.
Abstract:
The Diploma Thesis deals with analysis and comparison of external methods of financing from the perspective of cost. The introductory part of the thesis summarises the methods and classifications of the company financing, and defines external financing. The second part focuses on the process and costs of gaining of the bank loans, emissions of bonds and IPO, from the perspective of the issuer.
