This bachelor’s thesis discusses the issue of traumatic injury of spine and spinal cord and deals with associated spasticity. The general part contains the basics of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, traumatology, diagnostics and medical treatment of spinal injuries. Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou traumatického poškodenia chrbtice a miechy so zameraním na spasticitu. Všeobecná časť objasňuje danú tému z oblasti anatómie, fyziológie, patofyziológie, traumatológie, diagnostiky a terapie.
