Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou tranzitu zboží přes Evropskou unii ve vztahu k právům duševního vlastnictví. V úvodní části je přehled mezinárodních smluv a právních předpisů EU, které řeší ochranu práv k duševnímu vlastnictví. Dále je pozornost věnována otázce tranzitu zboží. The Bachelor thesis deals with goods in transit through European Union and intellectual property rights. The introductory part contains a summary of international agreements and EU law, which protect intellectual property rights. Further, transit of goods is discussed.
