Abstract:

Absolventská práce pojednává o pěstounské péči a partnerském vztahu pěstounů z pohledu muže - pěstouna/partnera pěstounky. Jejím cílem je popsat a analyzovat partnerský vztah pěstounů z pohledu muže-pěstouna/partnera pěstounky v kontextu výkonu pěstounské péče. Jaký byl partnerský kontext rozhodování o pěstounské péči? Zda vnímáme – pěstoun/partner pěstounky, že přijetí dítěte do pp ovlivnilo jeho partnerský vztah. Nejprve představuji východiska z odborných zdrojů, na jejichž základě je konceptualizován můj výzkum. Věnuji se legislativnímu a institucionálnímu rámci náhradní péče o dítě, jako je péče ústavní a náhradní rodinná péče, důraz zde kladu na popis péče pěstounské, které se týká empirická část mé práce. Popisuji metodu a etickou stránku výzkumu. Dále představuji stručné informace a příběhy partnerství jednotlivých pěstounů/partnerů pěstounek, analyzuji data získané polostrukturovanými rozhovory s pěti pěstouny/partnery pěstounek a na závěr práce jsem sepsala náměty pro sociální práci na základě poznatků a zkušeností dotazovaných mužů.

Abstract:

The graduation thesis deals with the issues of foster care and the partnership of foster parents from the perspective of the man/foster-father/partner of the foster-mother. Its aim is to describe and to analyze the partnership of the foster parents from the perspective of the man foster-father/partner of the foster-mother in the context of foster care. What was the partnership background of making the decision about receiving a child into foster care? Whether the foster-father feels any impact of foster care on his partnership. At the beginning of the thesis, a theoretical basis from specialized resources are presented on the basis of which the research is conceptualized. It deals with the legislative and institutional framework of substitute family care, focusing mainly on the description of foster as the subject of the research. The research method and ethical aspects of the research are described, followed by a brief introduction of the individual foster father, partner of foster-mothers. Data obtained from semi-structured interviews with five foster-fathers/partners of foster-mothers as the research sample is analyzed, the stories of the partnership of the interviewed foster-fathers/partners of foster-mothers in the context of foster care are presented and to conclude I wrote topics for social work on the basis of knowledge and experiences of the interviewed men
