Leasing: The World experience and its significance for the Czech Republic

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci s názvem „Leasing - světová zkušenost a jeho význam pro Českou republiku“ je charakterizován relativně nový, ale již velmi rozšířený a perspektivní finanční instrument – leasing. Postupně se seznamujeme s historií a specifikací leasingu, s charakteristikou jeho druhů a hlavně s jeho výhodami a nevýhodami. Tato práce se zaměřuje na zkušenost nejsilnějších zemí světa na leasingovém trhu, umožňuje podívat se na jeho organizaci a podmínky získávání leasingu nejenom v tuzemsku, ale i v zahraničí. Práce obsahuje srovnání dvou českých a dvou zahraničních leasingových společností.

Abstract:

In this bachelor‘s thesis with the title ‘Leasing: The World experience and its significance for the Czech Republic’ is characterized relatively new, but already is quite widespread financial instrument – leasing. Gradually we become familiar with the history and specification of leasing, with its types as well as with its advantages and disadvantages. This thesis focuses on the experience of the most powerful countries in the leasing market, it allows looking at its organization and conditions of a lease deal not just in Czech republic, but also abroad. The bachelor‘s thesis contains a comparison of two Czech and two Ukrainian leasing companies.
