Study of perpendicularly laid nonwoven textiles properties treated by water glass

Abstract:

Obsah této bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem a testováním kolmo kladených netkaných textilií, nanášením vrstev různých typů vodních skel a následné zkoušení jejich vlastností. Teoretická část práce se zabývá netkanými textiliemi se zaměřením na technologii kolmo kladených netkaných textilií. Další část je zaměřena na různé typy vodních skel. Dále je práce věnovaná různým typům strojů a přístrojů použitých na měření vlastností netkaných textilií připravených k této bakalářské práci. V experimentální části je uveden popis přípravy netkaných textilií a hledání nejvhodnějšího typu, množství a způsobu nanesení vodního skla. Dále se tato práce zabývá zkoumáním různých vlastností takto upravených netkaných textilií, jako je ohybová tuhost, tření, stlačitelnost apod. Jsou porovnávány naměřené hodnoty netkaných textilií bez nánosu vodního skla s hodnotami naměřenými na upravených netkaných textiliích vodním sklem a na textiliích s předchozím mechanickým namáháním.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with collecting of information and testing of perpendicular-laid nonwoven fabrics and testing of these fabrics with an application of different kinds of sodium silicate. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with information regarding nonwoven fabrics with focus on technology of perpendicular-laid nonwoven fabrics. The next part focuses on different kinds of sodium silicate. The next part is dedicated to different kinds of machines and devices used for measurement of properties of the nonwoven fabrics that were prepared for this bachelor thesis. The experimental part is about preparation of these nonwoven fabrics and searching for the best possible way of application of the sodium silicate. The thesis primarily focuses on research of the properties of modified nonwoven fabrics such as flexural rigidity, friction, compressibility, etc. The properties of nonwoven fabrics without application of the sodium silicate were compared with values of nonwoven fabrics that were modified by the sodium silicate and with fabrics that were under mechanical stress.
