The Reaction of Polarised Ethylenes with electrophiles

Abstract:

Byl připraven 3-amino-3-fenylprop-2-ennitril a 4-methylbenzendiazonium-tetrafenylborát. Tyto látky byly podrobeny reakci v dichlormethanu v přítomnosti octanu sodného. Vznikly dva produkty, které byly odděleny sloupcovou chromatografií a které byly charakterizovány multinukleární magnetickou rezonancí a elementární analýzou.Na základě získaných informací byla navržena struktura produktů a možný mechanismus, kterým reakce probíhá. Jedním z produktů byl 6-amino-2,2,4-trifenyl-5-(4-methylfenyldiazenyl)-3\kur{H}-1,3,2\recke{lambda}\hindex{4}-oxazaborin. Dalším produktem byl 3,3,5-trifenyl-2-(4-methylfenyl)-4\kur{H}-1,2,4,3\recke{lambda}\hindex{4}-triazaborin-6-karbonitril.

Abstract:

Two starting compounds has been prepared; 3-amino-3-phenylprop-2-ennitrile and 4-methylbenzenediazonium tetraphenylborate. The reaction of these compounds in dichoromethane in the presence of remelted sodium acetate gives two products, which were separated by column chromatography over silica gel. The structure of the products has been identified by means of the multinuclear magnetic resonance and the elemental analysis. The mechanism for the reaction has been suggested. One of the products was 6-amino-5-(4-methylphenyldiazenyl)-2,2,4-triphenyl-3\kur{H}-1,3,2\recke{lambda}\hindex{4}-oxazaborine, the second one was 2-(4-methylphenyl)-3,3,5-triphenyl-4\kur{H}-1,2,4,3\recke{lambda}\hindex{4}-triazaborine-6-carbonitrile.
