Abstract:
Tato práce navazuje na nově představený koncept metrického obalu a definuje indexační strukturu MH-strom, která využívá metrický obal k ohraničení množiny objektů metrického prostoru. Hierarchie obalů tak tvoří n-ární vyhledávací strom. Součástí práce jsou algoritmy pro vybudování stromu pro danou množinu objektů a pro vyhledání k nejbližších sousedů. Abstract:
We build upon a newly introduced concept of the metric hull. The metric hull encompasses a set of objects by few selected border objects. Based on the hierarchy of metric hulls embedded into one of the metric hull computations, we introduce MH-Tree, a metric index structure for unstructured and complex data.
