Culpa in Contrahendo in Legal Relations with a Foreign Element
Abstract:
The master thesis analysis the liability for failed negotiations - culpa in contrahendo. Basic elements of the doctrine are described; common law and civil law approaches are compared concerning the issue. The paper points to possibilities Czech substantive law offers. Lastly, the solutions under the CISG and analysis in accordance to conflict of law rules is provided.

Práca sa zaoberá problematikou zodpovednosti za zlyhané rokovania o uzatvorení zmluvy - culpa in contrahendo. V práci sú vymedzené základné prvky tohoto typu zodpovednosti, rovnako dochádza k porovnaniu prístupov common law a kontinentálneho práva.
