Ve své práci se zabýváme hojením chronických ran pohledem sestry. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a fyziologie kůže, chronickými ranami a jejich klasifikací, typy chronických ran, dokumentací chronických ran, hojením chronických ran, fázemi hojení a faktory ovlivňující hojení ran a TIME managementem. In my bachelor thesis we are focusing on motivation factors in the healing of chronic wounds from a nurse's point of view.
