Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na obec s rozšířenou působností a jejím cílem je seznámit její čtenáře s tím co je to obec, jak funguje a jakou má strukturu. Dále popisuje získávání finančních dotací ze strukturálních fondů Evropské unie. Poslední část práce ukazuje teoretickou část v praktickém životě na příkladě obce s rozšířenou působností Rosice u Brna.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the issues related to municipalities with extended competence. Its purpose is to explain what municipality is, its structure and how it is administered. Furthermore, it describes the process of application for EU structural funds and problems related to it.
