Physiotherapy after luxation of shoulder joint

Abstract:

-Úvod: Luxace ramenního kloubu je velmi časté poranění, které se opakovaně vyskytuje u mladých lidí, jako následek sportovních úrazů, ale i u starších lidí, kde bývá většinou příčina pád. -Cíl práce: Cílem bakalářské práce je přispět k řešení problematiky volby vhodných fyzioterapeutických metod, postupů a konceptů u pacienta s luxací ramenního kloubu. -Metodika: V této části je zpracována kazuistika ženy (23 let) s dg. luxace ramenního kloubu. Na základě vstupního kineziologického rozboru byl sestaven krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. Fyzioterapeutická intervence probíhala v období šesti týdnů formou dvanácti návštěv s využitím různých konceptů a metod - myofasciální a mobilizační techniky, dechové cvičení, Brügger koncept, DNS, PNF a SM systém. Ve 2. a 4. týdnu bylo provedeno kontrolní vyšetření. Na konci terapie byl proveden výstupní fyzioterapeutický rozbor, na jehož základě byl sestaven dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. -Výsledky: V průběhu fyzioterapeutické intervence u pacientky došlo k výraznému zlepšení rozsahu pohybu, zvýšení svalové síly a zmírnění hypertonických svalů. Dále došlo ke zlepšení funkce celé horní končetiny. -Závěr: Vlivem intervence a dobré spolupráce s pacientkou se stav značně zlepšil. Práce mě obohatila o nové poznatky, jak z hlediska funkční anatomie, tak fyzioterapie pletence ramenního, a stala se přínosem pro mou další praxi

Abstract:

-Introduction: Luxation of the shoulder joint is a very common injury that occurs repeatedly in young people, as a result of sports injuries, but also in the elderly, where it is usually the cause of a fall. -Aim: The aim of this Bachelory thesis is to contribute to resolve the problem of choosing the right physiotherapy methods, progresses and concepts at the patient with luxation of the shoulder joint. -Methodology: In the main part there is a processed case report of a woman (23 years old) with the luxation of shoulder joint. Based on the initial kinesiological analysis, the pacient was assembled with a short-term rehabilitation plan. The physiotherapeutic intervention took six weeks in form 12 visits with the opportunity to use many different concepts and methods - myofascial and mobilization technology, breathing exercises, Brügger koncept, DNS, PNF and SM system. In the 2. and 4. the week made controled examination. At the end of the therapy, it was proved that it is a physiotherapeutic analysis, on the basis of which a long-term physiotherapeutic plan was compiled. -Results: During the course of physiotherapy movement the patient significally improved, there were increasing muscle strenght and relieve hypertensive muscles. There was improving the complete function of arm. -Conclusion: Thanks to intervention and good cooperation with the patient, her total condition has improved. The thesis was enriched me with new knowledge, both in terms of the functional anatomy of the shoulder girdle, physiotherapy and became an acquisition for my next practice.
