Predkladaná diplomová práca sa zaoberá Pohľadávkami podniku a stanovením všeobecnej hodnoty pohľadávok rôznymi metódami s ťažiskom analýzy koeficienta vymožiteľnosti a jeho faktorov. Veľmi často sa vyskytujú v majetku, ktorému je potrebné stanoviť všeobecnú hodnotu a môžu tvoriť podstatnú časť majetku.
