Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá funkčními vlastnostmi T lymfocytů u pacientů s běžným variabilním imunodeficitem (CVID), zejména schopností produkovat cytokiny IFN-γ a IL-10. Pomocí průtokové cytometrie bylo charakterizováno zastoupení leukocytárních populací v periferní krvi pacientů a metodou FluoroSpot byla posuzována produkce cytokinů ve vzorcích PBMC. Abstract:
This bachelor’s thesis deals with functional characteristics of T lymphocytes in patients with common variable immunodeficiency (CVID), especially the ability to produce cytokines IFN-γ and IL-10. Leukocyte populations were characterized by flow-cytometry in patients’ peripheral blood and the production of the cytokines in PBMC samples was assessed by FluoroSpot.
