Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku financování přenesené působnosti. Jejím cílem je provést analýzu financování výkonu přenesené působnosti ve vybraných obcích s rozšířenou působností, na jejím základě vyhodnotit, zda je výkon přenesené působnosti financován dostatečně a navrhnout řešení případných zjištěných nedostatků. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of funding of delegated competence. Its aim is to carry out analysis of the performance of delegated competence in selected municipalities, to evaluate based on the findings of the analysis the performance of delegated competence and to propose solution of eventually identified deficiencies.
