Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou nařízení o příslušnosti a uznávání a výkonu rozhodnutí ve věcech manželských a ve věcech rodičovské zodpovědnosti neboli nařízení Brusel IIbis. Práce se věnuje pouze některým vybraným otázkám, které z nařízení plynou. V práci je v prvé řadě řešena působnost nařízení a rozbor některých definic, které nařízení obsahuje. The thesis deals with the analysis of Regulation concerning jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgements in matrimonial matters and the matters of parental responsibility or Brussels IIbis regulation.
