Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem negativních jevů na pracovišti, mezi které se řadí konflikt, šikana, mobbing, bossing a diskriminace. Cílem této práce je zkoumání teorie těchto negativních jevů, které se na pracovišti mohou vyskytovat. Teoretická část je zaměřena ne definici mezilidských vztahů na pracovišti, jednotlivých negativních jevů, jak se tyto jevy člení a jaký je způsob možné obrany a prevence. Praktická část pak analyzuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření ve vybrané organizaci. Díky této analýze jsme zjistili, že 80 % respondentů se s konfliktem na pracovišti setkalo či setkává a 3 % z těchto dotazovaných se s konfliktem setkává každý den. Také jsme zjistili, že 63 % respondentů se s problémem negativního jednání nikomu nesvěřilo.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the subject of negative workplace phenomena, which include conflict, bullying, mobbing, bossing and discrimination. The aim of the thesis is to explore the theory of these negative phenomena that may occur in the workplace. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of interpersonal relationships in the workplace, individual negative phenomena, how are they divided and possible prevention. The practical part then analyses the results of a survey in selected organisation. Thanks to this analysis, we found that 80% of respondents have encountered workplace conflict and 3% of those interviewed encounter conflict every day. We also found that 63% of respondents did not share the problem of negative action with anyone in the organisation.
