Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozvoj kondičních schopností potřebných pro nejlepší start do extraligové soutěže hokejbalu juniorského mužstva Elby DDM Ústí nad Labem. V teoretické části je charakterizován hokejbal a přiblížení dotčeného klubu a specifika problematiky cílové věkové skupiny. The bachelor thesis is focused on a development of fitness abilities needed for the best start in the extraleague competition of the junior team Elba DDM from Ústí nad Labem.
