Ve své práce řeším četnost zapojení hráčů juniorských kategorií do týmu dospělých, tedy problematiku přechodu z dorostenecké kategorie do kategorie mužů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části této práce jsem charakterizoval problematiku přechodových období. In my thesis, I solve the involvement of junior category players into a team of adults, it means switching from the junior category to the men category. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with characteristic of this transitional period.
