Financial analysis of the company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem investice do akcií vybrané společnosti Apple Inc. na základě zhodnocení výkonnosti této společnosti a provedení komplexní finanční analýzy. V úvodu bude popsána teoretická část, která charakterizuje finanční ukazatele a metody aplikované do praktické části, na jejichž základě bude hodnocena finanční situace vybrané společnosti a budou představena doporučení investovatelnosti do akcií společnosti. Byly zvoleny ukazatele a metody jako poměrové ukazatele, horizontální a vertikální analýza a některé indikátory technické analýzy. V navazující praktické části je představena analyzovaná společnost. Metody a poznatky popsané v teoretické části jsou aplikovány na sledovanou firmu. Cílem práce je návrh investice do akcií společnosti v krátkodobém i dlouhodobém horizontu na základě zpracování komplexní finanční analýzy vybrané společnosti za sledované období. Závěr práce obsahuje doporučení pro investory a zhodnocení finanční situace analyzované společnosti.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the proposal of an investment in the shares of a selected company Apple Inc. based on an evaluation of the company's performance and a comprehensive financial analysis. The introduction will describe the theoretical part, which characterizes the financial indicators and methods applied to the practical part, based on which the financial situation of the selected company will be evaluated and recommendations for investability in the company's shares will be presented. Indicators and methods such as ratios, horizontal and vertical analysis and some technical analysis indicators were chosen. The following practical part presents the analyzed company. The methods and knowledge described in the theoretical part are applied to the monitored company. The aim of the work is to propose an investment in the company's shares in the short and long term based on the processing of a comprehensive financial analysis of the selected company under review. The conclusion contains recommendations for investors and an evaluation of the financial situation of the analyzed company.
