Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění způsobu komunikace a podoby rituálů, které lidé provádějí při pití piva v hostinci. Bakalářská práce popisuje nejdůležitější aspekty pojetí komunikace při konzumaci piva v České republice. Empirický materiál byl získáván za pomoci zúčastněného pozorování a především pak dotazníkového šetření, na jehož základě docházím k výsledkům, které dokazují, jak je pivo v sociální oblasti důležité. Bakalářská práce se na základě teoretických poznatků zabývá pivem, kulturou, hostincem, či komunikací mezi štamgasty a jejich rituály, ale také i dotazníkové šetření a zúčastněné pozorování, které jsou součástí praktické části.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is to determined the way of communication and form of rituals, which people do when they drink beer in a pub. Bachelor thesis describes the most important aspects of the concept of communication in beer consumption in the Czech Republic. Empirical material was obtained by the observation of participant and especially by the survey, that brings me the results, which demonstrate how beer is important in social area. The teoretical part of this thesis deals with beer, culture, pub, communications between the habitues or their rituals. The practical part of this thesis deals with processing of the results from the survey and observation of participants.
