Employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Tato absolventská práce se zaměřuje na zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice, konkrétně na to, jaký postoj zaujímají zaměstnavatelé/vedoucí pracovníci vůči zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice. Obsahuje shrnutí teoretických poznatků a shrnuje šetření v oblasti postojů české společnosti vůči cizincům. Výzkumná část shrnuje výsledky z rozhovorů s respondenty a popisuje jejich postoje.
Abstract:
This graduation thesis focuses on the employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic, specifically on the attitude of employers/managers towards the employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic. It includes a summary of theoretical knowledge and summarizes the surveys in the field of attitudes of Czech society towards foreigners.
