Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá spokojeností s kvalitou pracovního života ve vybrané personální agentuře. Cílovou skupinou jsou stávající zaměstnanci této organizace na pozici HR specialistů a práce se zabývá jejich interpretací spokojenosti s kvalitou pracovního života, jedná se tedy o zaměření na subjektivní pohled. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak jsou spokojeni s kvalitou pracovního života s ohledem na organizační faktory, které je možné z pohledu organizace ovlivnit a tedy případně i zvýšit spokojenost s kvalitou pracovního života. Práce je strukturována do tří hlavních částí. Teoretická oblast poskytuje ucelený a odborný pohled na spokojenost, kvalitu pracovního života, dále specifika konkrétní organizace a pozice. Metodologická část rozpracovává hlavní výzkumnou otázku na dílčí otázky, popisuje zvolenou strategii a metody výzkumu. Na ni navazuje empirická část, která je rozdělena podle dílčích otázek a prezentuje hlavní výzkumná zjištění. Z rozhovorů vyplynulo, že zaměstnanci jsou celkově až na některé výhrady spokojeni. Spokojenost se potvrdila v oblastech bezpečnosti práce, odměňování z hlediska základní mzdy, v oblasti pracovního klimatu (obzvláště vztahy s kolegy). Nespokojenost se vyskytla v oblastech ohrožující zdraví z hlediska stresu, v odměňování z hlediska bonusu a absence pochvaly, v možnostech a intenzitě pracovního vzdělávání a rozvoje, v nastavení komunikace ve firmě a v oblasti vstřícnosti firmy v možnostech podporující Work-life balance. Oblasti nespokojenosti jsou výchozím bodem pro doporučení, kterými je práce společně se závěrem ukončena.

Abstract:

The master`s thesis deals with the satisfaction with the quality of working life in a chosen employment agency. The target group comprises of the current employees of the agency working as HR specialists and the thesis deals with their interpretation of the satisfaction with the quality of working life, therefore, it is a subjective perspective. The aim of the thesis is to discover to which extent they are satisfied with their quality of working life with regard to organisational factors which the agency is able to revise and thus increase the satisfaction with the quality of working life. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical section offers a complex and expert overview of the satisfaction, quality of working life and also the specifics of the particular agency and position. The methodological section elaborates on the main survey question and divides it into subquestions and describes the chosen strategy and methods of the survey. The empirical section which follows is divided in accordance with the subquestions and presents the key findings of the survey. Pursuant to the interviews, the employees are generally satisfied, except for some reservations. The employees were satisfied with the health and safety matters, the remuneration with respect to a fixed salary, with the working environment (especially in terms of interpersonal relationships). The employees were not satisfied with health risks such as stress, with the remuneration in terms of bonuses and the lack of praise, with the opportunities and the intensity of education and personal development, communication of the firm and regarding the approach of the firm to opportunities supporting a healthy Work-life balance. Matters the employees are not satisfied with are the starting points for the recommendations, which end the thesis along with the conclusion.
