Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací dopravně-logistických aktivit. Cílem této práce je stanovit efektivnější umístění centrálního skladu analyzované společnosti a snížit celkový počet najetých kilometrů, a tím snížit náklady na pohonné hmoty, za pomoci aplikace vybraných metod operačního výzkumu a city logistiky. Práce si klade důraz na dodržení všech zadaných podmínek. Zadaný problém byl řešen celkem třemi různými metodami. První aplikovaná metoda zvaná metoda těžiště se zaměřuje na stanovení nejefektivnějšího místa k umístění distribučního skladu, ze kterého jsou obsluhovány ostatní sklady, či podniky. Na výsledky metody těžiště byla aplikována jedna z nejznámějších heuristických metod, Clarke-Wrightova metoda, která řeší problematiku okružních jízd. Poslední aplikovaná metoda zvaná metoda váženého součtu vybrala nejvhodnější vozidlo, které je určeno k obsluhování zadaných okružních jízd. Metoda těžiště společně s Clarke-Wrightovou metodou navrhla dva okruhy, které společně zredukují počet najetých kilometrů oproti současnému stavu a tím značně sníží náklady na pohonné hmoty. Zároveň se minimalizuje celkový čas přepravy. Aplikací metody váženého součtu se náklady na pohonné hmoty u okruhů, které navrhly metoda těžiště a Clarke-Wrightova metoda ještě více snížily za pomoci výběru vhodnějšího vozidla. Závěrečná část práce uvádí celkové porovnání současného stavu se stavem po optimalizaci, vyhodnocení výsledků optimalizačních metod a vypočítanou úsporu, která vznikne navržením nových okruhů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the optimization of transport and logistics activities. The aim of this work is to determine a more efficient location of the central warehouse of the analyzed company and to reduce the total number of kilometers driven, thereby reducing fuel costs, with the help of the application of selected methods of operational research and city logistics. The main emphasis of this work is placed on fulfilling all specified conditions in optimizing the current circuits. The specified problem was solved by a total of three methods. The first applied method, called the centroid method, focuses on determining the most efficient place to locate a distribution warehouse from which other warehouses or businesses are served. Second method is one of the best-known heuristic methods, the Clarke-Wright method, which solves the problem of round trips, was applied to the results of the centroid method. The last method applied, called the weighted sum method, selected the most suitable vehicle to serve the new routes. The centroid method together with the Clarke-Wright method have proposed two circuits which together will reduce the number of kilometers traveled compared to the current state and thus greatly reduce fuel costs. At the same time, the total transport time was minimized. By applying the weighted sum method, the fuel costs for the circuits suggested by the centroid method and the Clarke-Wright method were further reduced by choosing a more suitable vehicle. The final part of the work presents the overall comparison of the current state with the state after optimization, the evaluation of the results of the optimization methods and the calculated savings that will be created by designing new circuits.
