Analysis of material porosity from CT images

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje zobecnění procesu vyplňovacích algoritmů, sloužících k vyplnění 3D struktury materiálu naskenovaného z počítačového tomografu. V úvodní části jsou popsána teoretická východiska vyplňovacích algoritmů. Poté jsou jednotlivé metody analyzovány a popsány konkrétní postupy využívané při vyplňování uzavřených 2D oblastí. Další část této práce se zabývá návrhy postupů sloužících pro vyplnění 3D oblasti rastrové grafiky, jejich analýzou a následným zhodnocením. Závěrečná část se týká zhodnocení realizovaných algoritmů. Algoritmy jsou konstruovány v prostředí IntelliJ Idea a psány v jazyce JAVA.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with generalization of the process of filling algorithms, which serve to fill 3D structures of a material scanned from a computer tomograph. In the introduction it describes the theoretical basis of filling algorithms. Then, all the individual methods are analyzed and described to the specific procedures which are used to fill enclosed 2D areas. The next section of this thesis deals with the designs of the procedures that are used to fill in the 3D area of the raster graphics along with their analysis, and subsequent evaluations. The final part deals with the evaluations of implemented algorithms. Algorithms are constructed in IntelliJ Idea and written in JAVA.
