Human Resources in the Commercial Security Industry
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je seznámit s personalistikou v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Teoretická část bude obsahovat vymezení pojmu personalistika a popis činnosti personalisty. V praktické části budou uvedeny možnosti, jak efektivně posoudit nového uchazeče na pracovní pozici. Pozornost bude věnována i návrhu řízeného rozhovoru a psychotestů pro vybrané profese v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti.
Abstract:
The aim of my thesis is to introduce human resources in the field of commercial security.  In the theoretical part the concept of human resources is defined and the responsibilities of human resources manager are described.
