Economy and business in the novel "Buddenbrooks"
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the bankruptcy of the family firm in the novel “Buddenbrooks” by Thomas Mann. It focuses on the possible causes of this bankruptcy. The thesis is also occupied with the so called “financial behaviour” of the characters in the novel “Buddenbrooks”.
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá úpadkem rodinného podniku v románu Buddenbrooks od spisovatele Thomas Manna. Cílem předkládané práce je zjistit možné příčiny, které mohli přispět k úpadku rodinného podniku. Paralelně se také budu věnovat takzvanému „finančnímu chování“ románových postav.
