Právo duševního vlastnictví v hudebním průmyslu

Intellectual Property Law in Music Industry
Abstract:
This thesis concerns the authors’ and performers’ rights and the means of their protection in the Czech Republic. The protection of trademarks and their use in music industry is concerned as well. Czech copyright law is considered as the principal regime of protection although a part of this study deals with the enforcement of authors’ rights in the Slovak Republic.

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá využitím autorskoprávnej a známkoprávnej ochrany v prostredí hudobného priemyslu na území Českej republiky. Primárnym zameraním práce je autorskoprávna ochrana hudobných diel a umeleckých výkonov.
