Abstract:
V průběhu těhotenství se v plazmě těhotných žen vyskytují fragmenty DNA plodu, tzv. volná fetální DNA (cffDNA). Genetický materiál plodu je tedy možné získat neinvazivním způsobem a využít ho pro neinvazivní prenatální screening (NIPS). Abstract:
During pregnancy the fragments of fetal DNA, called cell-free fetal DNA can be found in plasma of pregnant women. This allows for obtaining the fetal genetic material for prenatal screening noninvasively. With the use of current isolation techniques, the complete separation of fetal fragments from the majority of maternal fragment is impossible.
