The aim of this thesis is to examine the role of the various state and non-state actors in the international environment within the arrest process of the perpetrators suspected of the genocidal crimes in Rwanda in 1994. Abstract:
Cieľom tejto práce je preskúmať rolu jednotlivých štátnych a neštátnych aktérov medzinárodného prostredia v rámci zadržiavacieho procesu osôb podozrivých zo spáchania genocídnych zločinov v Rwande v roku 1994.Práca pozostáva z analýzy postavenia aktérov: ICTR, štátu, medzinárodných organizácií (s dôrazom na OSN a Interpol) a páchateľov samotných.
