The bachelor's thesis focuses on approaching the issue of the specifics associated with the management of a hotel with 70 rooms. Considering the size of the hotel, it is possible to assume that in hotels of this size there are fewer managerial positions, which at the same time have to cover a wider range of activities. Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na priblíženie problematiky špecifík spojených s manažmentom hotelu do 70 izieb.
