Práce se zabývá ekonomickou analýzou vynutitelnosti smluvní pokuty v českém právním řádu. Na úvod je krátce vysvětlen pojem ekonomické analýzy práva a vývoj a význam této disciplíny jako jednoho z možných přístupů k právu. Dále je rozebrán institut smluvní pokuty. The bachelor thesis deals with economic analysis of contractual penalty enforcement in the czech legal system. In the introduction, author briefly introduces the concept of Law and Economics, its development and importance.
