Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution: A Comparison of Campaigns in Great Britain and the United States
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis is focused on Jamie Oliver´s Food Revolution campaigns in Great Britain and in the United States from 2004 to 2011. It compares these two campaigns, identifies their successes and failures and documents the reasons. It also details the development of Oliver's food philosophy as a weapon against obesity. Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práca je zameraná na kampane Jamieho Olivera o revolúcií jedla vo Veľkej Británii a v Spojených štátoch amerických v rokoch 2004 až 2011. Práca porovnáva tieto dve kampane, identifikuje úspechy a neúspechy a dokumentuje dôvody. Taktiež sa detailne zaoberá vývojom Oliverovej filozofie jedla ako zbrani proti obezite.
