The immunohistochemical diagnosis of non-small cell lung carcinomas in bronchial endoscopy specimen
Abstract:
Plicní karcinomy jsou medicínsky i společensky závažnou skupinou onemocnění. V současné době je z terapeutického hlediska nezbytná přesná histologická klasifikace v rámci skupiny tzv. nemalobuněčných plicních karcinomů. Práce je zaměřena na přínos imunohistochemického vyšetření v diferenciální diagnostice těchto nádorů v bronchiálních mikroexcizích.
Abstract:
Lung carcinomas are medically and socially significant group of diseases. Currently, the therapeutic aspects require precise histological classification within the group of non-small cell lung carcinomas. This work focuses on the contribution of immunohistochemistry in the differential diagnosis of these tumors in the bronchial endoscopy specimen.
