Tato práce se zabývá všeobecnými obchodními podmínkami mezinárodních společností, které se řídí právem státu New York. Abstract:
This thesis analysis GPOPs of international companies that are governed by New York law. For the purpose of analysis of the terms and conditions, three companies were chosen. The thesis compares following clauses of GPOPs: acceptance, liability, limitation of liability, indemnification and remedies.
